Non-Sharing of Information

WARNING: Non-sharing of Information. Compass Investors, LLC (CI) can only offer HORIZON if all users pay for our services. I understand that sharing of any content of any HORIZON Action Report will cause significant harm and financial damage to CI. I agree to not share the content of the HORIZON Action Report in any form whatsoever - including my website access information - with anyone, either directly or indirectly.

In the event of my violating this non-sharing provision, CI reserves the right to (1) immediately discontinue the HORIZON service for the entire company, and/or (2) prosecute for lost revenue and damages to the fullest extent provided by U.S. law.

Terms of Use: The HORIZON service is but one tool to be used in my investment planning. I am solely responsible for my own investment decisions; I may accept, reject or modify the analysis of the funds the HORIZON service will provide.
