Note: The Calculator is an MS Excel workbook contained in a WinZip file. MS Excel and WinZip are both required to access the calculator.

1. Click on the 'Open Calculators' button

2. The 'CIH_Calculator.ZIP' archive file will open in WinZip

3. Double click on the 'CIH_Calculator.xls' file in the archive.
